We have collected a line of quality products from reputable manufactures, and understand that sometimes products may not satisfy your needs. Thus, Across the Garden Fence is committed to 100% customer satisfaction in creating a hassle free return policy. All of Across the Garden Fence products can be returned within 30 days by receiving a return merchandise authorization number. This number assures an organized and efficient way for each customer to receive a timely credit or exchange. A merchandise authorization number can be obtained by emailing grdnglv232@comcast.net and in the subject line type: "Request for Return Number". Please include your name, address, and invoice number, email address and phone number in the email. Also include which product you want to return and a reason. All returns must be accompanied with an invoice or note showing the invoice number, customer name, address, telephone number, and reason for return. If your shipment is damaged, notify customer service at 425-868-6114 within 48 hours for a return authorization number. All returns must be made within 30 days of the date of the invoice and in resalable condition to be accepted for refund or exchange unless that item was damaged in transit or had a manufacturing defect. Returned goods in transit and shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Any order cancelled while in transit will be subject to any applicable freight charge.
